The main reason I watch The Biggest Loser is to hear the stories from these amazing people and see them push through their struggles. It’s not just about losing weight and getting fit. It’s about overcoming the worst in their lives and themselves. It’s inspiring. It puts my life and my “problems” into perspective, and I realize I can do much more than I ever could imagine.

So busy! WODs for the week.

The biggest indicator of how busy I have been is if I’m caught up on my TV shows or not. And I am so behind right now!

I’m taking at least two weeks off work just to the semester rolling and get into the swing of things, and it’s already helped me 150%. My house is clean, laundry is done, and I’m ahead in my schoolwork. Plus I’ve still been killing it in Crossfit!

9/8
AMRAP 12
20 alternating arms KB dead clean (25)
400m run

3 rounds

—- 2 mile run when I got home

225 PR & took the #1 spot on the women’s board!

Definitely could have gone for more but ran out of time.

—- 9 mile bike ride when I got home

9/10:
Fight Gone Bad - 3 rounds

Wall balls (14)
SDHP (55)
Box jumps
Push Press (55)

This was my first workout to RX ever, so I am super pumped about that!

I took today off to get some studying done and give my body a rest.

Oh! At clinical today I saw a flyer for a 5k that’s half the distance from my house than the original one I was going to run this weekend. PLUS it’s for cancer! Yay!

Ok enough procrastinating. Back to the books!
